The Group purchased a chemical/oil tanker named Angel 17 with capacity of 8,000 MT and added another 5 Angel series oil tankers.
To meet the business needs, the Group has employed storage facilities in Singapore, Taiwan and Korea.

The Group acquired 3 more oil tankers with capacity between 5,000 MT and 10,000 MT to support the Marine Bunkering Station Shuttle Supply System (MBS 3S System) for bunkering business.
The Group also added 2 more oil tankers with capacity between 40,000 MT and 50,000 MT capacity for international trading operations.

The Group purchased 3 oil tankers each with 5,000 MT capacity in preparation for its bunkering business. The Group employed the Marine Bunkering Station (MBS) refuelling system in the South Pacific regions to provide services for the fisheries.

The Group added a MARPOL73/78 compliant 30,000 MT tanker made by Formosa to its fleet.

Winson Oil International (HK) Limited was established in Hong Kong and coordinated among Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Winson Oil Trading PTE Ltd. was established to operate oil product wholesale trading, vessel transportation, property and real estate investments in Singapore. The Group purchased its first tanker for oil shipment to major ports in Vietnam, the Philippines and other Asian countries.
