- Year 1998, JunThe Jiu Li Shuen Trading Co. Ltd. (Kaohsiung branch) was established in Taiwan to cater the rapid growth of business and demand.
- Year 2000Purchased “mini” tankers “M/T Lisa”, “M/T Lydia” and “M/T Luck Jane” with respective capacity from 2,000-3,500 tons, which serve as small-scale marine petrol stations.
- Year 2001To expand into greater China, Winson Group International Pte. Ltd. was established in Hong Kong to trade processed oil as well as to operate oil product wholesale business.
- Year 2004, AprPurchased a 30,000MT, double-hulled tanker from Formosa Petrochemical Corp. for International trade. The company also leverages its own “mini” tankers to supply oil to small ports in countries like Vietnam and The Philippines, which are inaccessible to large tankers.
- Year 2007, MarPurchased “Winson No.8” – a 6,000 ton oil tanker.
- Year 2008, MarPurchased three 5,000 ton tankers “Tai Rong No.11”, “12” and “15”, together with the “Winson No.8” we purchased earlier, they form a complete solution in fishing-vessel bunkering in the South Pacific Ocean.
- Year 2008, OctPurchased “Angel No.2” – a 10,000 ton oil tanker, to cater the rapid growth on demand for bunkering in the South Pacific Ocean.
